I graduated from the Professional and the Master Body Worker Program at the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2012. I have been in private practice since 2013 here in my hometown, Tooele. I became certified to teach yoga at the beginning of 2018 and teach classes at Red Tree Yoga Studio.  I enjoy being able to help others learn more about their bodies with proper movement techniques to increase awareness and reduce pain. I love being able to create a peaceful environment for healing to help decrease stress. Aside from working with injuries, I have experience with Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy and usually add these into my massage sessions and yoga classes. I have had the opportunity to work on various athletes from Super Bike racers during MotoAmerica to Ringling Bros. performers.

I believe that my passion for body work and my loving attitude has led me to these experiences. I am beyond grateful! My goal in life is to never stop learning; I learn something new from every client. Together we can learn from each other!

"Almost anything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including YOU."

My passion is helping others improve their quality of life and become pain free. I have been drawn to massage all of my life and I believe once our bodies are in alignment and balanced with gravity we can be pain free.
In 2015 I graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy. From there I certified in Structural Integration and the 10 sessions of Ida Rolph. Since then I've worked with many different injuries including sports, prenatal, both pre and post surgery, car accidents, relaxation, and many more. I love being able to customize individual massage sessions to each unique situation and ailment. I enjoy educating and helping people become aware of habits and patterns that are hindering their quality of life and what can be done at home to improve their lives.
I'm a single mom of 4 amazing children. We love the outdoors and anything to do with animals. We've moved all over but are now settled in Tooele county with our dog and 2 cats. I love my family and I love my clients! I look forward to working with anyone seeking relief!

"It's not how deep you go, but how  you go deep."
